GOD’S INTENT FOR HIS PEOPLE IS SPIRITUAL OVERSIGHT & CARE THROUGH SHARED AUTHORITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
Overseers
The Overseers (episkopos) are the spiritual authority over the church as laid out in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4, and Acts 20:17-35. Their role is to guard and give shape to direction, doctrine, and discipline.
Pastors
The Pastors (poimen) serve as under shepherds to guide, protect, and spiritually direct God’s people day to day. Ephesians 4:11-13.
Deacons
The Deacons (diakonos) help care for the practical needs of people, administratively and pastorally stewarding the work of the Spirit and the church.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are comprised of overseers & non-overseers and are the governing body accountable for the operations and liabilities of the legal entity of SAINTS COLLECTIVE.
